Credit Card

Depositing with your Credit Card
Funds can be deposited to your ECash Direct Account most efficiently by credit card. The transaction is processed online. Both VISA and MasterCard are accepted forms of payment.

Registering your Credit Card
A credit card must first be registered before any deposits can be made. To do so click on the button marked register your credit card. Once your card has been accepted you can begin depositing funds to your account.

Deposit Limits
Current deposit limits can be found on the Transaction Terms Summary located within the Cashier Credit Card Deposit screen.

If you would like to increase your credit card deposit limit, send a blank email message to credit.request@ecashdirect.net or credit.request@ecashdirect.co.uk (UK). Specific instructions will be forwarded to your e-mail address.

Processing Rules
Transactions are processed within one minute of their request for approval. There is no fee for using this service from Interpoker. All transactions will appear on your credit card statement as purchases. Contact your credit card company to inquire whether there are any fees to process transactions from Interpoker. All purchases will appear as ECash Direct.

Transaction Reporting
Credit card deposits are displayed within the cashier statement labelled ‘CCD’.

Withdrawing Funds by Credit Card
To withdraw funds from your ECash Direct account you need to specify the amount of withdrawal in US Dollars. You will then need to enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN) authenticate the transaction.

As an added security measure, your complete credit card number is never displayed on this withdrawal screen. Asterisks (the * symbols) are used in place of most of the numbers within your credit card. A part of the number is displayed to allow you to review and verify the actual card being used to make the withdrawal.

Transactions are completed within one minute of being entered. The withdrawn funds are automatically transferred to your credit card immediately. Depending on the financial institution, the credit card company will post your funds to your account usually within 1 to 5 business days. There is a fee per transaction for using the service. This fee does not affect customers that have a balance of less than $20 or a currency equivalent when withdrawing the full balance.

Credit card withdrawal transactions are labelled CCW within the cashier statement. Credit card withdrawal fees are labelled CCI.

Debit Card

Depositing funds with your Debit Card
Funds can be deposited to your ECash Direct account quickly and easily by debit card. The entire transaction is processed securely on-line. We accept Switch, Solo, Visa Electron and Delta.

Registering your Debit Card
Before you can use your debit card, you will need to register it. If you have not done so, please visit the cashier in our software and click on the 'register/change your debit card' button. Once your debit card has been successfully registered, you can start depositing funds into your ECash Direct account.

Deposit Limits
Current deposit limits are displayed within the Transaction Terms Summary located on the ECash Direct Credit Card Deposit screen. If you would like to increase your credit card deposit limit, please send a blank mail message to credit.request@ECashdirect.co.uk (UK). Specific instructions will be forwarded to your e-mail address.

Withdrawing Funds by Debit Card
To access the Debit Card Withdrawal function from the ECash Direct main menu click on the WITHDRAWAL button. The withdrawal screen will appear with the Credit/Debit Card tab as the default.

To withdraw funds from your ECash Direct account you need to specify the amount of the withdrawal. Certain information may be required in order to secure the transaction.

Processing Rules
Debit card registration generally takes one minute to complete. Please note, during this registration process, a transaction will be authorized to your debit card. This transaction is automatically debited back to your debit card. Some banks may show this charge while others do not. Depending on your bank the funds should be available back to your card within 1-5 business days.

Your bank must be provided with the appropriate account number and sort code from the table above. Make sure the account number and sort code are verified in the Transaction Terms Summary of the application. Transaction Reporting
Wire transfers are labelled within your cashier statements as ADJ. Please note that ADJ transaction code is also used for other transactions such as balance adjustments. If you are confused about a particular transaction on your account, please feel free to contact our customer support centre.

Withdrawal by Wire Transfer
To make withdrawals from your InterPoker account by wire transfer, please follow the steps below following which the funds will be transferred directly to your bank account. Funds will be transferred solely based on the information you provide, and we do not take responsibility for funds that are transferred to an incorrect account if the information you provide is inaccurate. Once a wire transfer has been initiated, it cannot be reversed.

Step 1 - Collect Bank Account Information:
Please contact your bank for specific instructions on how you can receive bank wires - it is important to note that wire transfer instructions vary by bank. Your bank will provide you with the information listed below. Please keep this information to hand if you plan on making future wire withdrawals, as you will be required to provide this information for each request.

  • Name of Bank (Provide complete name)
  • Bank Location (Provide complete address)
  • Branch Sort Code (Applies only to UK baks)
  • SWIFT Code (Applies to non-UK banks)
  • Routing #/ABA # (Applies to non-UK anks)
  • Name on Bank Account (Your full name)
  • Bank Account # (Chequing or savings account number)
  • Intermediary Bank Info (See note below)

Intermediary Bank Info: Please note some banks can only receive bank wires through Intermediary Banks. If your bank's wire instructions involve an Intermediary Bank, simply provide the bank account information above for both your bank and the intermediary bank. ECash Direct will take all bank account information and process your wire transfer withdrawal request through the intermediary bank with 'further credit' (i.e. forwarding) instructions to your bank.

Step 2 - Contact ECash Direct Support:
Please contact our customer support centre for processing of your wire transfer withdrawal request. Please be ready to provide your bank account information and PIN.

Skrill (Moneybookers)

InterPoker now has another online payment system to offer you, Skrill (Moneybookers). Skrill (Moneybookers) will allow you to fund your account without having to give your bank/card details for each and every payment transaction. PAYMENT METHOD

The methods of payment available to you will depend on your country. Some of the most common methods include Direct Debit, Credit Card, Online Banking and Bank Deposit. Skrill (Moneybookers) will take out the amount from your deposit method automatically so you are not required to pre-fund your Skrill (Moneybookers) account.

Skrill (Moneybookers) register:

To register with Skrill (Moneybookers) you will need to provide your email address, banking connection and if it is relevant, your credit/debit card details or any other means of payment you wish to use. The requested funds will then be made accessible by Skrill (Moneybookers) to transfer into your ECash account.

Your username, password and DOB all act together as your log-in to the Skrill (Moneybookers) system. Your Skrill (Moneybookers) account cannot be shared and so only you will be able to have the right to use it.

Please note: Your email address will serve as your username, and must match your email address registered within ECash. If you change your email address, you must update this on both systems - Skrill (Moneybookers) and ECash.

  • Skrill (Moneybookers) supports the following currencies: USD, GBP and EUR.
  • Residents from the following countries will be unable to register a Skrill (Moneybookers) account: USA, Turkey, Israel, China, Malaysia, Afghanistan, Nigeria, Myanmar, Cuba, North Korea and Sudan.

Neteller

What is NETeller?

NETeller is an online monetary transfer service available worldwide. NETeller is an online wallet; you can make direct fund transfers from your bank account to your InterPoker account, or you can fund your NETeller account and make deposits to InterPoker at a later time. It is the perfect solution for those who are unable to use a credit card with InterPoker due to bank restrictions or otherwise.

Registering a NETeller account
If you do not currently have a NETeller account, you can sign up free through their website: http://www.neteller.com/.

Once you have registered your NETeller account, you can fund it in one of the following ways:-

Electronic Funds Transfer can be used to move funds directly from your bank account to your NETeller Account. Register and verify a U.S. bank account with NETeller in order to make this type of deposit. EFT deposits usually take 2 - 4 business days to enter your NETeller Account.

Bank deposits can be made through Bank of America or Citibank.

Credit card deposits can be made to NETeller directly through their website.

If you have provided verified banking information to NETeller, you can use a deposit method called ‘InstaCASH’. This process is a method of transferring funds from your bank account directly to InterPoker. There is a fee for using this method, however if you make your deposit directly through the InterPoker cashier, we will cover that fee and it will never be deducted from your account.

Depositing with NETeller
Once you have a NETeller account containing funds:

  1. Visit the ECash Direct screen in your online merchant and click "Deposit".
  2. Choose NETeller.
  3. Select NETeller regular deposit or NETeller InstaCASH.
  4. Enter the amount you would like to transfer from your NETeller account to your ECash Direct account.
  5. Enter your NETeller Account and Secure ID (and Bank Account # if you have selected InstaCASH).
  6. Click "Proceed".
  7. Review your transaction and click "Confirm".

Approved funds will be immediately credited to your InterPoker account and ready for use at the tables.

Please note: Only one NETeller account can be used per InterPoker account. Once you have successfully deposited using a NETeller account, that same NETeller account must be used for all future deposits and withdrawals to that InterPoker account.

Transaction Reporting
NETeller transactions are displayed on your cashier statement as NTD for deposits, and NTW for withdrawals.

International
NETeller is available worldwide. Please visit the NETeller website for more information. InterPoker does not have any restrictions regarding international NETeller accounts.

Withdrawing funds by NETeller
To perform a NETeller withdrawal, login to your InterPoker account, click the ‘Cashier’ button, and click the ‘Withdrawal’ tab and select NETeller from the drop-down menu. Then follow the on-screen instructions.

Please note that you can only make a withdrawal by NETeller if you have deposited by NETeller on that InterPoker account. The NETeller account originally used to make the deposit will be used in processing all future NETeller withdrawals on that account. If you have previously made Credit/Debit card deposits to that account, the system will force you to withdraw back to your card until the limit has been reached. At that point, you will have the option to withdraw by other methods.

You can withdraw more than you have deposited by NETeller. Your NETeller Secure ID and your ECash PIN number are required to authenticate withdrawals. Please note that only one NETeller account can be registered per InterPoker account.

NETeller withdrawals will appear on your NETeller account within 1-3 business days, although it is usually the same day that the funds are available for use on your NETeller account. Please note that there is a $1 USD administration fee per withdrawal. This fee does not apply to customers who have a balance of less than $20 and withdraw their full balance.

CLICK2PAY

CLICK2PAY is a new means of payment which facilitates the deposit into and withdrawal from an ECash Direct account. It's like an electronic purse that you can top up in different ways (for example, by credit card or bank account).

As soon as your CLICK2PAY account is created, you can make ECash Direct transactions. CLICK2PAY can process the transfers requested in accordance with the method specified when opening the account. For more information on CLICK2PAY, go to www.click2pay.com.

Opening a CLICK2PAY account

If you do not yet have a CLICK2PAY account, go to the site www.click2pay.com , choose your language from the drop-down menu and click on "Join Now". Follow the instructions which come up on the screen.

It is essential that the electronic address shown when opening your CLICK2PAY account correspond to the address recorded for your ECash Direct account.

Once the process of registration has been successful on the CLICK2PAY site, you will have at your disposal a unique connection identifier and a password.

Deposit of money into an ECash Direct account via CLICK2PAY

  1. Open the ECash Direct Cashier and click on Deposit.
  2. Choose the option Via CLICK2PAY.
  3. Enter the amount that you wish to transfer from your CLICK2PAY account to your ECash Direct account.
  4. Click on Continue.
  5. Enter your CLICK2PAY identifier (this identifier corresponds to the electronic address that you indicated at the time of registration on the CLICK2PAY site).
  6. Type in your PAN CLICK2PAY (number shown in the headings of Safety settings of your CLICK2PAY account).
  7. Check the transaction data and click on Confirm.

Once the transaction has been approved, the deposit amount is immediately credited to your ECash Direct Account – you can now use it immediately.

*Observations: You can use only single CLICK2PAY account combined with each ECash Direct account. When you process a transfer of funds from a CLICK2PAY account for the credit of an ECash Direct account, you must use the same CLICK2PAY account for all subsequent transfers (deposits and withdrawals) on this ECash Direct account.

Deposit limits

To know the deposit limitations which apply, please see the list of transaction terms in the deposit window. A maximum amount is imposed for each transaction (deposits and withdrawals). This limit is set by CLICK2PAY. The amount of the funds that you can withdraw is determined by ECash Direct. For more information, please contact us.

Follow-up of transactions

We recommend that you keep a record of the transactions made between your CLICK2PAY and ECash Direct accounts. To help you to follow this procedure, all your deposits and withdrawals via CLICK2PAY are recorded and indicated on your ECash Direct operation statement. The CLICK2PAY transactions are identified by the codes CLD (deposits) or CLW (withdrawals).

What procedure should I follow to make a deposit via CLICK2PAY if the currency of my CLICK2PAY is different from that of my ECash Direct account ?

  • Enter the amount of the deposit in the currency of your ECash Direct account (and not in the currency of your CLICK2PAY account), then click on Continue.
  • Type in the information corresponding to your CLICK2PAY account, and confirm your request.
  • ECash will transmit your request to CLICK2PAY with a view to processing this demand, and CLICK2PAY will carry out the required conversion.
  • Once the transaction is confirmed by CLICK2PAY:
    • your ECash Direct account is credited with the amount entered in Step1 above, and
    • your CLICK2PAY account is debited with the amount converted by CLICK2PAY in Step 3.

For more details, please see the example below:

EXAMPLE 1 :

  • You are a holder of a CLICK2PAY account in Euros, and you wish to deposit 100.00 EUR into your ECash Direct account in American dollars.
  • You estimate that a deposit of 100.00 EUR is equivalent to about 120.00 USD (approximate equivalent given purely as an example).
  • Open the Cashier then the deposit window via CLICK2PAY. In the field given for this purpose, type in the amount you wish to deposit i.e. 120.00 USD. Click on Continue.
  • Type in the information relating to your CLICK2PAY account, and confirm your request.
  • ECash will transmit your request to CLICK2PAY with a view of its processing i.e. a deposit of 120.00 USD, and CLICK2PAY will carry out the required conversion.
  • Once the transaction is confirmed by CLICK2PAY:
    • your ECash Direct account will be credited with 120.00 USD (amount entered at Step 3 above), and
    • your CLICK2PAY account is debited with the amount converted by CLICK2PAY in the Step 5 (i.e. about 100.00 EUR).

Withdrawal procedure via CLICK2PAY

To make a withdrawal via CLICK2PAY, open the ECash Direct Cashier, click on the Withdrawal button and choose Via CLICK2PAY. Follow the instructions shown on the screen.

You can only make a withdrawal via CLICK2PAY if you have used this means for paying in money to your ECash Direct account. The CLICK2PAY account used to make the deposit is automatically credited at the time of the withdrawals. If you have made deposits into your ECash Direct account by credit card and/or via CLICK2PAY, the sums withdrawn are automatically transferred to the bank account corresponding to your card up to a limit of the amount deposited by this means. Once this amount has been reached, the sums withdrawn are transferred to your CLICK2PAY account. Using CLICK2PAY you can withdraw a higher amount than the total of the deposit made by this method.

In order for this transaction between your ECash Direct and CLICK2PAY accounts to be authenticated, you must supply your personal identification number (PIN code allocated by ECash Direct).

* Observation: You can use only one CLICK2PAY account combined with each ECash Direct account. Your CLICK2PAY account must be registered in the same name as your ECash Direct account.

Processing conditions

The sums withdrawn from your ECash Direct account for the credit of your CLICK2PAY account are credited to your CLICK2PAY account from the first working day after the operation. The charge for this service is 1 € (or equivalent amount in other currency).

Follow-up of transactions

We recommend that you keep a record of the transactions made between your CLICK2PAY and ECash Direct accounts. To help you to follow this procedure, all your deposits and withdrawals via CLICK2PAY are recorded and indicated on your statement of ECash Direct operations. The CLICK2PAY transactions are identified by the codes CLD (deposits) or CLW (withdrawals).

Cheque

In order to initiate a cheque deposit into your account, you must access the Cashier through the InterPoker software. Log into your account, and click the ‘Cashier’ button.

Making your cheque deposit is a two-step transaction:
1) Complete the online deposit form within the Cashier; and
2) Deliver your cheque (by post or otherwise) to ECash Direct

Step 1:
In order to complete the online deposit, you must include four pieces of information available on the cheque:
a) Name on Cheque
b) Amount of deposit in USD
c) Cheque Number (found in top right hand corner of the cheque)
d) Account Number (found on numbered bottom line of cheque)

To ensure timely service, please make sure all information on your cheque matches the information keyed into the cashier.

Step 2:
Once you have filled out the online form within the cashier, please mail your cheque to:

Ensure that your account number can be found on the front of your cheque as a reference for us to know which account is to be credited. Your account number can be found under ‘Personal Details’ within the Cashier.

Deposit Limits
The maximum deposit permitted on a monthly basis is $10,000.00 USD or your home country's currency equivalent. ECash will not post any more than this sum to your account within one month.

Processing Rules
Once ECash Direct has received the online deposit request and the valid cheque, the transaction will be completed on that business day. Funds are only available for use in the Poker room once the cheque has cleared, which takes 30 days. If the information on the online deposit request does not match the cheque provided, an ECash representative will contact the customer to resolve the issue.

Transaction Reporting
Cheque deposit transactions appear on the Cashier statement as CHD.

Withdrawing funds by Cheque
To withdraw from your ECash account, specify the amount of money to be withdrawn in USD. Funds deposited by credit card must withdraw all funds by credit card before a cheque is issued. The system will notify you if it is necessary to withdraw by cheque. Please note, you will need your PIN number to initiate a withdrawal.

There is a fee of $1 USD (or currency equivalent) to withdraw by cheque. The fee does not apply in cases where the a player who’s account balance is less than $20 requests a full withdrawal. Cheques are sent to mailing address registered on the account and usually arrive within approximately two weeks of requesting the withdrawal. Customers will receive their cheque as a bank draft.

All cheque withdrawals are recorded within the cashier statement labelled CHW. $1 cheque withdrawal fees will be labelled CHI.

Paysafecard

What is Paysafecard?

Paysafecard is a pre-paid card which can be purchased from thousands of outlets throughout Europe and credited into your InterPoker account. To find an outlet near you please click here.

What dominations do Paysafecards come in?

Paysafecards can be purchased in any of the following amounts: £10, £25, £50, £75, €10, €25, €50, €100. The amount you choose to deposit will be converted into USD when you are at the cashier (see 'How can I use Paysafecard' below).

How can I use Paysafecard?

You can transfer credit (min £/€10) from a paysafecard into your InterPoker account by simply visiting the cashier and entering the 16 character pin on the reverse of the Paysafecard. Before you confirm your paysafecard deposit you will be shown the current foreign exchange rate to convert your deposit amount into USD.
