What is Citadel?
Citadel is a deposit/withdrawal method that enables users to transfer money between their bank account to their ECash Direct account.

Who can use Citadel?
Citadel is currently available to US residents with a US Dollar bank account in the United States, and to Canadian residents with either a US Dollar or Canadian Dollar bank account in Canada.
How do I use Citadel?
To deposit funds to your InterPoker account, simply follow these steps:
- Log in to your InterPoker account and click the ‘Cashier’ button
- Select the ‘Deposit’ tab
- Select Citadel as the desired deposit method
- Click ‘Deposit now’
- Enter the amount you wish to deposit. (If you do not have a Citadel account, you can still proceed to where you will be prompted to provide your information to Citadel. When you have completed the online authentication process, you will be able to process the transaction immediately.
- Click ‘Proceed’
- Following online authentication of your personal information by Citadel (which can take up to five business days) your funds will be credited to your InterPoker account.
Deposit Limits
Customers are allowed one Citadel account per InterPoker account. The Citadel account used to make your first deposit must be used for all future deposits and withdrawals.
Transaction Reporting
Citadel deposits are labelled as CGD within the cashier statement. Withdrawals are labelled as CTW.
