What is a bonus code?
From time to time you will see an offer from InterPoker telling you to take a particular action (such as depositing or playing a certain game) and giving you a bonus code. The bonus code will be no more that 8 characters long and will look like BONUS123.
By inputing the bonus code you will be able to receive the promotional bonus almost immediately, rather than having to wait one working day, as in the past.
Will all future promotions require me to use a bonus code?
NO - many of the promotions you have been enjoying in the past (such as our popular monthly match deposit bonus) will continue as normal. You will not have to use a bonus code unless specifically stated in the promotion offer.
Where do I get a bonus code?
You can receive a bonus code almost anywhere - in a magazine, on a CD cover, on the website, or in an email.
How do I use the bonus code?
You MUST enter the bonus code BEFORE taking the action required.
Step 1 - go into the InterPoker Cashier and into the Deposit Screen. The Bonus code field is clearly marked.
Step 2 - fulfil the required action as stated in the promotion offer.
Example 1
The offer could be "Play 100 Raked hands on any Real Money table and get $20 - please use the bonus code IPBON001"
Step 1 - go into the deposit section of the cashier and enter the bonus code IPBON001 in the bonus code field. You do NOT have to make a deposit for this promotion.
Step 2 - Leave the cashier and play 100 raked hands on any InterPoker Real Money table.
Step 3 - Enter the cashier again and you will see the bonus in your account and will be available for you to play with immediately!
Example 2
The offer is "Get an additional 20% bonus upto $50 on your next deposit with the bonus code IPBONUS002. You will need to play 10 times the bonus in raked hands before you can play it in poker."
Step 1 - Go into the deposit section of the cashier and enter the bonus code IPBON002 in the bonus code field.
Step 2 - Make a deposit (for example $250) and you will receive the $50 bonus immediately. Note you cannot withdraw it or play it in poker just yet.
Step 3 - Play 500 raked hands on any InterPoker real money ring game.
Step 4 - Enter the cashier and you will see your bonus has been cleared.
Can I use a bonus code given to a friend of mine?
Probably not. In most cases a bonus will be strictly limited to the person it has been sent to. If you are not eligible for this bonus you will be told when entering the bonus code.
I just entered a bonus code – was it accepted?
When you enter a bonus code, a pop up window will appear, confirming that the code has been accepted (provided you are eligible for the promotion and entered the right code).
Please note that for some promotions (typically ones with raked hand requirements), the bonus will not appear in the cashier after you entered the code. In such instances, the funds will be released – and displayed – once you have fulfilled the requirements.
