What happens when a hand is restarted?
The game froze on my screen and I wasn't given the chance to act. The system said it put me "All-In", but I've still got lots of money. What do I do?
The hand history indicates that my hand was folded. I thought I was supposed to be put all-in when I was timed out?
What happens when a hand is restarted?
Occasionally a hand will appear to start, as indicated by the shuffle of the cards and the prompt for the posting of the blinds, followed by a pause and the dealer text indicating that the "Hand Will Start Over". Player accounts will be unaffected by incomplete hands as only completed hands are posted to their accounts. This means that any blinds posted and bets made in an incomplete hand are not taken from the players true account balance.

What has happened is your connection was interrupted causing a break in the information flow between your computer and the game server. When the game does not receive a response from you within 15 seconds for 7-Card Stud/20 seconds for Texas Hold'em, it considers you to be timed out and completes the hand without you. In this case the system will automatically fold your hand. If it is later determined that your hand would have won a credit will be applied.
The log viewer indicates that my hand was folded. I thought I was supposed to be put all-in when I was timed out?
The system will only fold a hand under the following circumstances:
- The player selects "Fold" when prompted.
- The player selects "Leave Game" or "X" exit button in top right corner of playing screen.
- The player is timed out.
When you are experiencing lag, the controls you send may be making their way to the InterPoker computer even though you may appear frozen on your screen. It is important to allow sufficient time for the hand to complete and be posted to players' accounts before choosing to leave the game and log back in. In this way, you can avoid the chance of folding a hand.
