I just won a tournament – where are my winnings?
Poker tournament winnings are credited automatically, but do not show up on your ECash statement within the cashier. So, if you do not see the correct balance on your account after winning, please try the following:
- Sit down at a real money table and buy-in with your maximum balance
- Leave the table without playing any hands
- Click on the cashier - your balance should have adjusted itself to the correct amount
How do I get the password for a tournament?
If you are eligible to play in a private (i.e. password protected) tournament, you will be sent the password by email a few hours before the tournament starts. If you do not receive such email, it means you are not listed as an eligible player for that particular tournament.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide passwords for tournaments you are not listed as eligible for. For a list of tournaments open to all players, please visit this page.
