Poker expo set for December

Organizers have announced that the second annual Poker Industry Conference and Exposition will take place in December.

It will be held at the Costa Rica Mariott Hotel in San Jose, Costa Rica between the 7th and 8th of December.

Big name stars such as Doyle Brunson and Mike Caro took part in last year's event and this year's expo is expected to attract some equally big industry players.

Areas for discussion include the business of poker, technology, marketing and management and both poker room and online poker executives will be in attendance.

There is also an evening tournament planned so that organizers can pit industry bosses and professional players against one another.

The tournament will be played at the Fiesta Casino in San Jose and attendees will be able to pick up tips on poker strategies and tactics.
