WSOP 2007 set to be unveiled

The world's biggest poker tournament is set to announce details of its latest spectacular event later this month, it has been revealed.
Despite a start date being announced last October, players thinking of attending the prestigious World Series of Poker (WSOP) Las Vegas event have thus far been delayed by the absence of any other details.
The 2007 WSOP will begin on June 1st, with the Main Event final table due to begin on July 17th, but the increasingly high number of tournaments played at the event mean that scheduling problems are still being dealt with.
"There may be quite an increase [in tournaments]," said Nolan Dalla, media director for the WSOP, speaking to the Casino City Times online journal. "There is also a possibility that the number will increase by just a few," he added.
Players looking to secure entry to the 2007 World Series of Poker should log on to www.InterPoker.com, where daily satellite tournaments give the best internet gamblers the opportunity to try their hand on the world's biggest poker stage in June.
