Pharrell to host celebrity poker event

Rapper and music producer Pharrell Williams is to host a charity poker event this weekend, with numerous other big name celebrities set to be in attendance, it has been revealed.
The third annual Dewar's 12 Celebrity Poker Challenge will be held in Miami with the aim of aiding impoverished children via charities such as Boys and Girls Clubs of Miami and Pharrell's own charity From One Hand to Another.
WSOP bracelet winner Ted Lawson will emcee the event, which will also feature a pre-tournament fashion show featuring designs from Gwen Stefani's clothing line.
In total three hundred guests will be in attendance, and will be encouraged to donate to the prize pot in order to aid the charities.
Stars in attendance will include Will Smith, Beyonce, Lennox Lewis, Anna Kournikova and Jamie Foxx.
The celebrities will be joined by one hundred successful players from around south Florida, with a Texas Hold'em tournament eventually deciding the winner.
