Charity Hold 'em night announced

The city of San Diego is to get a taste of the south next month as a Texas Hold 'em tournament comes to the area - and it's all in the name of charity.
Sponsored by Valley View Casino, the evening of August 2nd will be hosted by Matt Vasgersian, Channel 4 San Diego's voice of the Padres.
Members of the public are being invited to register for the tournament, which has a $200 entry fee and an optional re-buy charge of $100 on the day of the game itself.
It is due to be held at Balboa Park's Hall of Champions, while the players on the final table will be competing for a fabulous trip to Las Vegas complete with accommodation and a $1,000 buy-in at the Bellagio Hotel included.
Fans will know Mr Vasgersian from his hosting duties on many sports shows, such as NBC's National Heads-Up Poker Championship and the World Series of Blackjack.
