The European Poker Tour's (EPT) Caribbean Adventure tournament will conclude today at the Atlantic Casino and Resort in the Bahamas.
David Pham leads the eight-man final table on 7,390,000 chips, according to Card Player, having dominated the tournament for the past few days.
The two-time World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelet winner and Card Player's reigning player of the year, has more than double the stack of second-placed Bertrand Grospellier, who is taking part in yet another EPT final table.
Grospellier has 3,060,000 chips and is ahead of Joe Elpayaa, who has 2,755,000.
The rest of the table is made up of Haffiz Khan, Kris Kuykendall, Richard Fohrenbach, Craig Hopkins and Christian Harder.
Top players such as Barry Greenstein, himself a two-time WSOP bracelet winner, went home early.
If Pham manages to hold on to his lead he will take home $2 million, according to Card Player, which is the highest amount of money given away by an EPT event since the tournament in Monte Carlo in April 2007.
