PPA using new technology

The Poker Players Alliance (PPA) has teamed up with OneBigPlanet who will provide them with a One-Stop Consumer Portal in a bid to boost their profile and quality of service.

With over one million members already, the PPA hopes the move will help encourage loyalty with existing members and generate interest and revenue from other sources.

The portal will allow members to get discounts on a variety of products and services, use tools based on their personal interests and share news, reviews and listings of their favorite merchants.

John Pappas, executive director of the PPA, commented: "We brought OneBigPlanet on board, a leading loyalty increasing company, in order to drastically increase the offerings to our members and to streamline our present, labor insensitive and costly benefits program."

The PPA is a non-profit organization that seeks to establish secure and regulated play for its members from both the online and offline poker.
