Lunkin and Galfond pick up WSOP bracelets

Vitaly Lunkin and Phil Galfond are the two latest players to pick up bracelets at the World Series of Poker (WSOP).
Lunkin took down event 27, the $1,500 not-limit hold'em competition, defeating Brett Kimes in the heads-up to win the $628,417 first prize.
The Russian had never won a major competition before and the cheque is by far the biggest of his career.
Galfond's first WSOP bracelet win was arguably much more impressive, however.
The internet professional, known as OMGClayAiken, beat out a star-studded final table including two of the greatest WSOP players of all time Phil Hellmuth and Johnny Chan.
John Juanda, David Benyamine and Daniel Negreanu were also there on the last day, with Adam Hourani being the man left at the end for Galfond to beat in the heads-up.
He won $817,781 for the victory, which came in event 28 - the $5,000 pot-limit Omaha with re-buys tournament.
