Trickett wins GUKPT Luton

Sam Trickett became the latest Grosvenor UK Poker Tour (GUKPT) champion weekend with victory in leg six in Luton over the weekend.
The 22-year-old defeated David LaRonde in the heads-up to win the title and the £106,050 ($200,000) prize, the GUKPT website reports.
A total of 376 players took part in the competition, with Trickett lying in second place behind LaRonde going into the nine-man final table.
He eventually took a marginal lead and won the tournament when his ace-queen held up against LaRonde's ace-seven.
James Mitchell finished third overall, followed by Martin Jarvis, Martin Green, Peter Arrigoni, Wayne Mardle, Stuart Rutter and Andreas Mihail.
Top darts player Mardle joins a long list of celebrities to have done well in major poker events in recent months.
Michael Greco of EastEnders fame also had a final table finish at the World Series of Poker (WSOP), while snooker legend Steve Davis had a deep run in the WSOP main event.
