Frey moves third in OPOY rankings

Hunter 'HEMIpowerSWT' Frey is up to third in Card Player's online player of the year (OPOY) list after raking in 220 points on Wednesday.
Frey scored in two separate internet tournaments to take his overall total to 5,380, moving him ahead of Alex 'AJKHoosier1' Kamberis and placing him just 26 points behind Philip 'USCphildo' Collins.
Joe 'ender555' Ebanks is the other competitor inside the top five.
Wednesday proved to be a fruitful day for a number of card sharps in the top 20, with Luke 'IWEARGOGGLES' Staudenmaier, one of the early frontrunners, improving his standing to tenth after taking 200 points himself.
He is now within striking distance of the top five with a total of 4,394 points.
Meanwhile, Isaac 'westmenloAA' Baron's downward spiral continued as his scoring drought nears four months.
The reigning champion has just 3,456 points and lies in 31st position, having fallen more than 25 places since spring.
