Mark Seif lies in second place in the chip count heading into the final table of the World Poker Tour (WPT) Borgata Poker Open tonight.
The Las Vegas resident, who holds two World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelets, has 4.665 million chips in his stack, leaving him 1.815 million behind leader Vivek Rajkumar.
Dan Heimiller, another WSOP titlist, is third on 3.36 million chips, followed by Sang Kim (3.085 million), Jason Strochak (1.65 million) and Andrew Knee (1.475 million).
Of the other big names who were still in the competition on the penultimate day, Michael Binger was eliminated in tenth place, Nam Le was knocked out in 24th and Ted Forrest went to the rail in 27th.
The last six players will return to compete at 16:00 local time with a prize of $1,424,500 awaiting the eventual winner, the second biggest WPT jackpot of the season so far behind the Bellagio Cup IV.
