Baron up to 11th in OPOY race

Isaac 'westmenloAA' Baron is back up to 11th position in Card Player's online player of the year (OPOY) competition.
The reigning champion fell down the rankings dramatically over the summer, but has been on a tear in recent weeks, picking up another 320 points on Sunday night for finishing third in a re-buys tournament.
Baron's new points total of 4,490 leaves him just 1,578 behind leader Alex 'AJKHoosier1' Kamberis, a gap that he proved himself capable of bridging in just one competition last year, when he picked up 1,800 points for taking down a major Sunday event.
However, the gap will more than double over the next few days, according to Card Player, once a 1,600-point score achieved by Kamberis this week is added to his overall tally.
Long-time leader Brian 'SNo0oWMAN' Hawkins is currently second, followed by Philip 'USCphildo' Collins, Hunter 'HEMIpowerSWT' Frey, Nicholas 'CapTinBisKuit' Blumenthal and Joe 'ender555' Ebanks.
