Demidov, Eastgate in WSOP final

The battle for the $9.15 million World Series of Poker (WSOP) Main Event final will be fought between Peter Eastgate and Ivan Demidov this evening (November 10th).
According to the Associated Press, third-place finisher Dennis Phillips was eliminated from the competition following a session lasting more than eight hours.
Mr Phillips won $4.5 million for his third-place finish.
A total of nine players resumed Main Event play this weekend following a break lasting more than three months from July.
Held at the Penn & Teller Theater in the Rio All-Suite Hotel, the event began yesterday morning. Eastgate and Demidov are set to face off this evening at 22:00 PST.
Ylon Schwartz finished with $3.78 million for his fourth-place finish, while underdog Scott Montgomery was presented with $3.1 million after he finished in fifth-place, the Associated Press reported. Montgomery was eliminated when Eastgate hit a fill house on the river when the final community card was revealed to be a six - matching Eastgate's pocket pair.
