Eastgate and Demidov to make High Stakes Poker debuts

Peter Eastgate and Ivan Demidov, the 2008 World Series of Poker (WSOP) main event winner and runner-up respectively, are to take part in the next series of GSN's High Stakes Poker.
The line-up for the fifth season of the popular television show was announced this week, with filming set to take place at the Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas between December 19th and December 21st, Card Player reports.
Phil Hellmuth, Doyle Brunson, Tom Dwan, Phil Ivey, Daniel Negreanu, Dario Minieri, Patrik Antonius and David Benyamine are among the other professionals who will be taking part in the episodes.
These eight men hold 32 WSOP bracelets, five World Poker Tour titles and one European Poker Tour trophy between them.
Josh Slagter of the Grand Rapids Press commented: "It's always a thrill to watch High Stakes Poker and it should be interesting to see Eastgate and Demidov in a cash game."
