Binger wins Winston's praise

Michael Binger has been praised by World Poker Tour titlist Roy Winston for finishing second in a HORSE tournament at the 2009 Southern Poker Championship in Mississippi.
Winston suggested in his Card Player blog that he was surprised to see Binger competing in a mixed event, but implied his performance shows what an excellent player he is
"I would like to congratulate Michael Binger for taking second in the HORSE in Mississippi," he remarked. "I thought he only played no-limit, he is truly a great player."
Binger demonstrated his dexterity at the 2008 World Series of Poker, cashing in a number of tournaments under various rules.
He came 349th in the record-breaking no-limit Texas hold'em event two, seventh in the no-limit Texas hold'em with rebuys event five, 14th in the no-limit two-to-seven draw lowball with rebuys event 18, 11th in the pot-limit hold'em event 38 and 45th in the HORSE event 51.
