Dwan and Antonius face-off at Aussie Millions

Patrik Antonius and Tom Dwan played a A$1 million cash game against each other at the Aussie Millions over the weekend.
The two card sharps, who are set to compete online as part of Dwan's US$1 million challenge over the next few months, bought into the match for A$1.5 million and A$2 million respectively and used blinds of A$1,000/2,000 to start.
Antonius dominated most of the play and came away a big winner, with Dwan managing to avoid a huge loss when he made back some of his deficit as the two were joined at the card table by Phil Laak, Niki Jedlicka, Jamie Pickering, Andrew Robl and Chris Ferguson.
The cash game victory capped off a good few weeks for Antonius, who finished 41st in the Aussie Millions main event for just over US$13,000, as well as winning six-figure sums from Dwan and other notable players online earlier this month.
