Negreanu looking forward to "best" poker period

The next few weeks represent the most thrilling part of the year for poker lovers, according to one top card sharp.
Daniel Negreanu wrote in his Full Contact Poker blog that from a prestige standpoint, everything from the World Poker Tour (WPT) Championship next week through to the World Series of Poker (WSOP) main event help to make up the "absolute best and most exciting stretch on the poker calendar".
Kid Poker suggested he will be at the WPT finale and the WSOP, as well as the European Poker Tour Grand Final, which takes place in Monte Carlo in between the two.
In addition, Negreanu confirmed that he will be taking part in the World Series of Golf tournament in Las Vegas, which combines the club and ball sport with poker betting.
The Canadian entered the event last year along with a number of other famous poker professionals, including Erick Lindgren.
