Bonomo takes down WSOP Circuit event

Justin Bonomo has taken down the World Series of Poker (WSOP) Circuit event in Las Vegas, after nearly four hours of heads-up play.
The battle between Bonomo and Michael 'The Grinder' Mizrachi - who had the most chips at the start of the day - saw the lead change hands a number of times.
But ultimately it was Bonomo who prevailed, as Mizrachi pushed all-in pre-flop with jack-nine.
His opponent had a commanding chip lead and did not hesitate to call with his king-queen, before the board showed king-ten-nine.
An ace on the turn gave Mizrachi a slim hope of hitting the straight on the river but when a queen came Bonomo took down the $240,000 prize.
He also receives a WSOP Circuit champion ring and a seat in the $10,000 buy-in Main Event.
There were 16 players remaining at the beginning of the final day's play - prompting organisers to decide to play straight through until a winner was found.
