A poker tournament taking place in Montana next week could be the largest ever held in the state, it has been suggested.
Flatfish Beacon reports that organizers of the Todd Brunson Montana Challenge Poker Tournament expect more than 200 people to turn up.
The tournament will take place at the Lodge at Whitefish Lake between May 14th and May 16th, with the main event being held on the last day.
A buy-in of $500 is to apply - with eliminated players able to buy back in for another $500 within the first two hours - and the news source notes that the payout could be as high as $150,000.
Professional player Todd Brunson will be participating and a series of satellite tournaments are to be held over the course of the three days.
The Lodge at Whitefish Lake is a resort situated around 30 minutes away from Glacier National Park.
