Negreanu reveals his WSOP training tips

Poker pro Daniel Negreanu has revealed that exercise has been the key aspect of his training schedule for this year's World Series of Poker (WSOP) at the Rio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.
The competition got underway this week but it lasts for about two months, which can be a "long grind" for unprepared players, reports Poker News Daily.
Negreanu, who has four WSOP bracelets to his name already, said when he is knocked out of the tournament, all he can think about is the next year.
He explained that he has been preparing since January, noting that sometimes gamers will sit at the felt for 16 hours, for up to six weeks straight.
"If at 01:00 you're a little bit sharper than the other guy, you're going to do a little bit better. I feel like being physically fit will help me in the long-run," Negreanu commented.
The Canadian gamer is one of only a handful of players to have won multiple titles in both the WSOP and on the World Poker Tour.
