Joseph Cada 'embodies the new age of poker in the US'

The latest World Series of Poker (WSOP) main event champion is more representative of the state of the poker world in the US than any other winner.
This is according to poker journalist Ryan Lucchesi, who said in his Card Player blog that the youngest-ever winner of poker's most prestigious title is sure to "be around for a while".
He described Cada, who won more than $8.5 million earlier this week when he defeated starting chip-leader Darvin Moon in the heads-up, as a "solid player".
"[Cada] embodies the new age of poker in the US more than any world champion in history," Lucchesi commented.
At only 21, Cada has only been legally allowed to sit at the felt in Las Vegas poker rooms for a matter of months.
However, the gamer has been playing poker for a number of years and before his triumph on the biggest stage in poker, he had picked up a number of impressive scores while playing online, picking up $147,488 in one internet tournament, Card Player reported.
