Despite losing out on the bracelet to 21-year-old gamer Joe Cada in the heads-up in the World Series of Poker (WSOP) main event this year, Darvin Moon says he has no regrets about the way he played.
He told his local newspaper the Howard County Times that he would not alter the way he played when he sat at the felt.
Moon had a massive chip lead at the start of play, taking his seat at the felt with 58 million chips, almost twice as many as second-placed Eric Buchanan's 34 million-chip stack.
"I have no regrets with anything I did
We were all there to win and I couldn't have had a better eight guys to play poker with."
Despite losing out to Cada, Moon still left Las Vegas with $5.1 million in prize money, although he revealed that the taxman had taken a hefty chunk of his winnings because he is not a professional gamer.
