Ian Frazer wins Premier League fifth heat

Ian Frazer has guaranteed himself a place in the PartyPoker Premier League IV playoffs after securing victory in the fifth heat of the competition.Commenting on his triumph, Frazer said he is "happy" to receive the win and boost his chances of landing the $1.5 million prize pool, Online Poker Alerts reports.
He described the challenge of playing Luke Schwartz and Giovanni Safina in the last three as "one intense battle".
Englishman Frazer entered the tournament, which is being held at the M Resort in Las Vegas, through an online qualifier.
Of the other competitors in the event, Phil Laak has already booked his place at the final table after winning three heats, while David Benyamine will join him after scooping 35 points from the sessions so far.
Before the season started, Daniel Negreanu picked Laak as a possible dark horse, noting that he is good at this particular type of format.
