Negreanu playing more online poker 'than ever before'

Daniel Negreanu has claimed he is spending more time online playing poker than he has ever done before.Writing for his Full Contact Poker blog, the Canadian said he is beginning to get the knack of games over the internet following this level of practice.
Nicknamed Kid Poker, the card sharp admitted he spent most of March travelling and this gave him the perfect opportunity to sit at the high-stakes no-limit Texas hold'em tables over the net.
"It has always been intimidating to me, an old-school grinder who relies on feel and game flow, but after I got through the first 15 minutes I found the pace to be reasonable," he said, commenting on his ability to open up more than one table at a time.
It is not the first occasion the four-time World Series of Poker bracelet winner has made remarks about his increased interest in online play, having written in his blog last month that it was "tough" making the adjustments needed.
