Phil Hellmuth 'determined to lift big titles'

Phil Hellmuth saw his dream of winning the World Poker Tour World Championship go up in flames after playing too tight for too long.Writing in his official poker blog, the Poker Brat noted that he is as determined as ever to lift the crown that has eluded him.
He ended up finishing seventh in the poker tournament and added that strangely, "my wife and I felt like I had won".
After what he described as a "bad year" in 2009, Hellmuth remarked that he is glad to be back playing well and he had a few theories as to why.
He noted that it could have been the energy around him, or the Feng Shui redo he had in his house, or "maybe I am hungry to play the game I love with a hunger that I haven't known for years".
While Hellmuth did not emerge victorious, he still remains the most successful player in the history of the World Series of Poker, with 11 bracelets to his name.
