WSOP 'has a lot going for it'

A poker enthusiast has put forward three reasons for going to the World Series of Poker (WSOP).Chris Iaquinta, writing for Poker Blog, noted that having been to the poker tournament over the last couple of years, he can see the appeal.
The first reason is the professionals on show, adding it gives people the opportunity to get their hat signed by the "biggest names in the game".
It also provides relative minnows in the sport the chance to experience the "poker spectacle".
"If you've never been to the WSOP, the first thing that will blow you away is the sheer scope of the event," he added.
Finally, visitors also have the chance to get their hands on some proper poker-related clothing, which can be hard to find outside of the event.
The WSOP will run from May 27th to July 17th at the Rio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.
