Dusty Schmidt brings $100,000 to WSOP

Dusty Schmidt has achieved his aim of having a $100,000 bankroll for playing the World Series of Poker (WSOP).The card sharp, writing in his official blog, noted that he caught a "massive, massive heater" in the last 36 hours of May to ensure he meet his target.
Schmidt - who penned the book Treat Your Poker Like A Business - had set himself the goal of making the figure in the month through any combination of poker bets.
He has also been preparing for the WSOP by reading a number of autobiographies of the best players in the sport.
"I ... read Doyle Brunson's ... and I really enjoyed that one as well. We have a number of parallel’s in our stories which is pretty cool," Schmidt remarked.
The poker pro stated he hopes he can turn his online poker success into live results.
He recently suggested that sometimes chasing the dream of making a fortune at poker is sometimes the right move to make.
