At InterPoker we know that Poker players love fancy gadgets, and for this reason we have decided to reward you with tons of great gizmos for your MPP leaderboard finish in November!

What's on offer?

Based on MPP's accrued between 1st November and 30th we will be offering over $80k worth of state of the art electronic equipment such as Plasma TV's, Laptop's, Playstation 3's and plenty of cash prizes!

When?

Starts: 00:01 EST Thursday 1st November 2007.

Finishes: 23:59 EST Friday 30th November 2007.

Please note: These times are Eastern Time (5 hours behind UK time.)

How does it work?

All My Poker Points's (MPP's) collected within either Ring Game or Tournament Play will be totalled on a daily basis and then updated on the site before 09:00 EST (14:00 UK Time) every day.

Prizes

A pool of $15k worth of gadgets will be awarded to players finishing in top 10 places of the Leaderboard at the end of the month. Click here for structure of Top 10.

As well as this we have designed 8 Gadget Tournaments, where we will be giving away an additional $64k in gadgets and cash, depending on your Leaderboard finish:

Leaderboard Hotspots

Throughout the week players will be able to see flashing hotspots on the Leaderboard. These indicate a 'Hotspot Prize' - If you land on one of our chosen hotspots at the end of the week you will win a new version Ipod nano worth $200.

Two Hotspot prizes be announced each week on Friday after 4pm on 2nd November, 9th, 16th and 23rd, so check the Leaderboard to see if you are in with a chance to pick up the iPod Nano!

Players lucky enough to finish on the hotspot at the end of each week will be notified by email.

Cash & Gadget Race Terms and Conditions

• We do not offer any cash refund or compensation in the event of a player unable to participate in a tournament under this promotion.
• MPP's on multiple accounts cannot be combined for purposes of this promotion.
• MMP's earned are still valid for other Leaderboard promotions that are running concurrently
• Promotions are intended as a bonus to loyal players, and to attract new end users to the poker room. The poker room encourages end users to participate in promotions, but to refrain from abusing them. Any abuse of a promotion which comes to the attention of the poker room may result in the cancellation of that promotion and/or future promotions.
• MPP points towards the Cash & Gadget Race Leaderboard are valid from 00:01 EST Thursday 1st November 2007 until 23:59 EST Friday 30th November 2007. Please note: These times are Eastern Time (5 hours behind UK time.)
• Prizes can be traded for Cash, on request, corresponding to their stated values.
• The poker room reserves the right to limit the number of times end users may participate in a promotion. Identity of participants will be determined on the basis of all or any combination of the following: name, mailing address, e-mail address, credit/charge/debit card number, and any other forms of identification which may be required.
• The poker room may, in its sole discretion, limit the eligibility of end users or of any one end user to participate in promotions, and to restrict the eligibility of any group or category of end users to participate in promotion.
• The poker room reserves the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate a promotion at any time for any reason whatsoever, without notice to end users. However, the poker room will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice to end users of any such modification, alteration, discontinuance or termination. WagerLogic Limited and ECash Direct (UK) Limited shall not be liable for any damages howsoever arising as a result of any such modification, alteration, discontinuance or termination of any promotion, and any such liability shall be borne solely and exclusively by the end user.
• WagerLogic Limited and ECash Direct (UK) Limited reserve the right to review transaction records and logs, from time to time, for any reason whatsoever. If, upon such review, it appears that end users or any one or combination of them are participating in strategies which the poker room, WagerLogic Limited and ECash Direct (UK) Limited in their sole discretion deem to be abusive WagerLogic Limited and ECash Direct (UK) Limited reserve the right to revoke the entitlement of such end user(s) to the promotion.
• Players from USA will be excluded from this promotion.

I'm uncomfortable with the nature of the chat happening at my table. Can anything be done to stop it?

InterPoker does not allow offensive or abusive language in the chat. Nor will we tolerate harassment of our players at the table. If someone is behaving contrary to this policy, please let us know about it by e-mailing to support@InterPoker.com. We will promptly take appropriate corrective action, which may include suspension of playing privileges for the offending party.

When players contact us with specific concerns we have to ask them for a screenshot or a copy of the offending chat for our poker team to review the incident and to take possible further action. We need to receive the following information:

• User name of complaining player
• User name of potential abuser
• Game type (e.g. Texas Hold'em or MultiTT)
• Table name
• Limit of Table or Tournament
• Approximate time
