1. One star counts as one prize draw entry for the purposes of this promotion. For the purposes of this promotion, stars will be earned in the following ways during the promotional period.
   • New InterCasino/InterPoker Players
   • Earn one star for registering a new account with InterCasino or InterPoker
   • Earn ten stars for your first ever deposit at InterCasino or InterPoker
   • Earn twenty stars for your second ever deposit at InterCasino or InterPoker
   • Earn one star for every £10 wagered on any of our slots
   • Earn one star for every £100 wagered on all other casino games earned at InterPoker*
   • Earn one star for every €0.50 you generate in rake
   • Earn five stars for playing in the weekly poker Space Ace tournament
   • Existing InterCasino/InterPoker players

2. This promotion begins at 00.00 on Monday 1st March 2010 and ends at 23.59 on Sunday 30th May 2010. For the purposes of this promotion, unless stated otherwise EST is the default time zone to indicate when a day begins and ends for all Space promotions with the exception of the weekly Poker Space Race.
3. No deposit is necessary in order to participate in this promotion. One star will be created for registering a new account at either InterCasino or InterPoker.
4. There is one prize of a trip to outer space (suborbital) for one person. Details of the prize can be viewed here. Certain suitability/eligibility restrictions apply as set out by Space Adventures and the time of departure will be determined by Space Adventures.
5. Prizes are strictly not transferable and only the named individual registered to the InterCasino/InterPoker account of the winning participant will be eligible to receive the prize.
6. The promoter reserves the right to provide alternative prizes of equal or higher value.
7. The promoter may, at its sole discretion, offer a cash alternative sum that may be chosen in place of the main prize of a trip to Outer Space. It is at the discretion of the prize winner to accept this in place of their prize.
8. The promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary the promotion rules and general promotion terms for a particular promotion at any one time.
9. One winning prize draw entry will be drawn at random from all valid prize draw entries received during the promotional period. The winning entry will be drawn under independent supervision by Tuesday 1st June 2010 .
10. The winning participant will be notified by the e mail address and telephone number linked to their account by 17.00 on Wednesday 2nd June 2010. The promoter will publish and disclose to those that request it, the alias name and country of origin of the winning participant.
11. It is the responsibility of all entrants to ensure that all personal contact details are up to date and correct. InterCasino/InterPoker will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winning participant by the contact details available. InterCasino cannot be held liable for contacting the winning participant, if all personal contact details supplied are not correct and up to date.
12. The winning participant has until 17.00 on 1st July 2010 to claim their prize. If no communication has been received by the winning participant by 17.00 on 1st July 2010, the offer of the trip to outer space prize or any cash alternative will be withdrawn and will cease to be valid.
13. The promoter may use the names and likeness of the winner, including any publicity photographs or interviews for promotional and marketing purposes. Acceptance of the prize will be deemed as acceptance by the winner to participate in such publicity and allow his/her name and likeness to be used for these purposes.
14. InterCasino/InterPoker do not accept any responsibility for the failure of any third party to fulfill its contractual obligations in relation to this offer.
15. InterCasino/InterPoker reserve the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate this promotion at any time, for any reason whatsoever, without notice to end users. However this will only happen in extreme circumstances.
16. Participants must be over 18 in order to participate in this promotion. Beneficiaries from this promotion will be required to provide proof of age subsequent to receiving any bonus or prize
17. InterCasino/InterPoker may, in its sole discretion, limit the eligibility of end users or of any one end user to participate in promotions and to restrict the eligibility of any group or category of end users to participate in any promotion.
18. The Casino’s decision in all matters is final. No discussion will be entered into.
